Our “At a Glance” section is our assessment of how this candidate matches up with your needs, in a simple and easy to understand graphic. This chart is customized for each client, and each role, so that we can ensure we are addressing the points that are most important for you.

We use the designations of H, M, or L to indicate whether you have told us that a particular skill is of High, Medium, or Low importance.

We use a color-coded system to quickly summarize how strong a candidate is in a particular area/skill.

Green = strong

Yellow= some exposure/light

Red/blank = no experience

After a brief introduction to the candidate, we dive into a bullet point assessment of how the candidate performed on each section of the interview. We point out their strengths and weaknesses with the tools, technologies, and methods required for the position, and also highlight the skills and experience that could make this candidate a good match for your company. In particular, we like to use this section to flesh out further details about the candidate that might not be fully expressed in their resume.
